Exactly. his music seems to be a blend of hip Hop and Latin Pop, but the lowest quality parts of both. his vocal range doesn't even span an octave, and his super bowl performance had barely any variation in rhythm. heck, either he was singing completely off key or he was just chanting the entire time.
the show was broken up by actual good music from Lady Gaga and and Ricky Martin. heck, if they had Ricky Martin do the entire thing and guest star Lady Gaga the backlash would not nearly have been as bad.
I wish Weird Al would be the focus of a half-time show. The music would be great, and just imagine all the things he could come up with to make happen on and around the stage like people in hot dog and Twinkie outfits dancing.
Or a championship marching band showing off their best, but pretty sure that's never going to happen at the Super Bowl again.
