On second read, the headline does seem confusing & poorly written.
I'd guess that Nenshi mocked a pro-Ivermectin report after right-leaning Danielle Smith became premier towards the tail end of COVID. And Smith likely commissioned the Alberta Health Service to consider some more heterodox science takes that were slightly less Big Pharma pozzed.
I don't understand, was it the report that mentioned Ivermectin as anti-science "quackery" & "kooky stuff" or Naheed Nenshi?
