All of judaism is based around scape goating and blame shifting, all manner of accounting tricks applied to morality. If other people raped, then they get to rape, to balance the books. If they want to attack, well they have to make it look like someone else did something to them, to trick god's accounting. This is why they fetishize sin peddling among the goyim, the believe it transfers the judgement of god away from them. Everything is zero-sum to them, the world cannot be improved, they can only take more from others.
