Basically, how the NHL does it. Believe it or not, it has ALWAYS been legal for women to play in the National Hockey League. When the league expanded in the early 1990s, the new Tampa Bay Lightning brought in a female goalie, Manon Rheaume--but she only played in the preseason exhibition games, and got cut before the season started. She never played a "real" NHL game.
Reportedly she sucked in the net, too, allowing at least four goals a game that preseason.
It's now widely believed that Rheaume was a publicity stunt.
Yeah, I don't think any of the big 4 leagues have a rule against female players. Just like the scouts always had females members. However anything meant for females have complete segregation and will never except males.
Major League Baseball explicitly has a rule forbidding female players, and has for at least a century.
I'm pretty sure the NFL has one too, but good luck letting a woman play THERE.
The NBA likely has one as well, though since they're the most woke league of all, I bet that gets changed, or at least re-worded.
