First you intentionally piss off one side by sending armed feds to drag away families instead of serving them paperwork and just blocking new immigration.
Next, you intentionally piss off the other side by completely backing down on any attempt to fix the corruption and cultural colonization.
Then you leave the two sides to fight each other while you embezzle their tax dollars.
There is no mechanism to fix everything. You have to demographically replace the entire political class, and then also remove the middle-managerial elite from all positions of power everywhere.
That's pointless; whoever you replace them with will do the exact same thing because the system incentivises it.
We need to pass one law that states, effectively in legal terms, that bureaucrats and politicians are personally liable for the money in their care. That's it, doesn't matter who's in charge after that.

This is a DARVO statement if I've ever seen one. We know who's embezzling federal funds, and it ain't Trump. It's Waltz.
And it aint only trump getting slowed down by (or assasinated/deplatformed) the beuracracy machine.
I know our problem, its all the govt and fed workers and politicians, the fix everything button is you make politicians accountable.
