They didn't have to make up shit the last time. The videos clearly show she tried to run him over. And she would've succeeded if the tires hadn't lost grip. That one was absolutely justified.
This one on the other hand just looks bad. The guy only went between the ICE agent and the women, didn't try to get physical towards the agent and the agent immediately starting sperging out. Then they fail to restrain him with 7 guys, seemingly disarm him according to the other angle and then just shoot him for no apparent reason. This looks a million times worse.
At this point I have to ask if Trump is trying to poison the well or what the fuck is this shit show supposed to achieve? It most definitely isn't an attempt at remigration that's for sure.

From the start of the video it looks like all 3 individuals tried to force an ICE vehicle to stop blocking the road with their bodies. That's probably why they were all targeted for restraint and/or arrest. Not because they argued with the agents on the side of the road.
And I think the shot pattern of one shot, a moderate pause, then multiple rapid shots, to me sounds like the guy's firearm discharged, whether deliberately or accidentally, whilst they tried to disarm him and someone who didn't have a good angle on his hands or where the gun was returned fire shortly after.
If I had to guess, it probably was green shirt+blue jeans, who starts on the left, sees something in the scuffle (presumably the gun and grabbing match) that makes him draw and walk behind the guy getting arrested to presumably be out of the line of fire, which also blocks his line of sight on his hands. He's probably the guy who starts unloading with the second volley after only hearing the first shot and knowing the suspect had hands on a gun seconds ago.

It can't be solely blamed on the ICE agents because the guy was an idiot for interfering with law enforcement while carrying a gun and the agents shouldn't be in this situation in the first place but the Trump administration doesn't seem to care to go after the organizers of these protests or force non-compliant states/cities to actually comply with the fucking law.
But no matter how you look at it this is one colossal fuck up. Trump throwing ICE under the bus for the previous 100% justified shooting makes it even worse than it already is.

If there was an accidental discharge causing the officer to then shoot in such a tense situation of arresting someone who resisted while armed, then this is an attenuating circumstance.
