votes keep you in power, and scam money makes you powerful.
redundancy comes to mind.
if the audit ever does happen and the algorithm gets stripped, then the hordes of dependent welfare recipients and fraudsters are a nice backup.
They sell their mail-in ballots for $10 each. It's well documented in other "ethnic" communities.
Also many of these "businesses" make donations exclusively to Democrat politicians. Kickback, obviously.
