I’ve been to Mexico a few times for work. What you will often see is a tiny sedan that is meant to seat 5, stuffed with 6 kids in the back and 2 in the front plus a driver. The clown car meme is very real.
Sure, we used to do that all the time when we were kids and had friends over.
Fun fact: there is zero research that shows that car seats prevent fatalities or even injuries in children. They're a total scam.
They aren't Minivans, they are Mexivans, and you don't have to go to Mexico to see them, anywhere in the southern US works.
