The vast majority of immigrants are working in low wage service jobs, likely paying around $1000 per year in income tax, if that.

Assuming they only get $100,000 in spending in their first year, your estimate is still optimistic. Realistically, they will continue to consume healthcare, education, emergency services etc, and never break even.
