Apparently, USG is doing the same thing it did before the June attack on Iran.
Expect that if Iran shows restraint or is unable to hit back, the shills will say: "See? They're a paper tiger, and can't do anything. Let's bomb them more."
Expect that if Iran does hit back and kills any number of American soldiers, the shills will say: "Outrageous! They have killed Americans! Let's bomb them more."
Apparently the American embassy has been evacuated now. Seems a weird thing to do, if the admin is claiming things are under control, and they're cooling down rhetoric.
EDIT: I may have misread. I can't find the article on the US embassy, but the UK is packing up and leaving, in case of a US attack.
Which embassy? America doesn't have an embassy in Iran, but Iraq and Iran are just one letter apart. And the UK did close its embassy in Iran, allegedly over fears of an attack.
Could just be a psychological attack, if I try hard to be optimistic.
