It's basically everywhere. Being able to empathize with another human being is a higher IQ trait that a lot of people don't actually possess, mostly confusing it with sympathy. The caveat to that is that it can be misdirected toward things that shouldn't be empathized with, like murderers with sob stories.
This is why that liberal vs. conservative brain heatmap is such an important data point. It illustrates why liberals are a death cult. Their care priority is completely reversed from what it should be, to the point of turning them into oikophobes. It leads them to sympathize with people outside their tribe, and those people don't necessarily have the best of intentions.
You're describing it backwards. The inability to have empathy is a symptom of anendophasia, the lack of internal monologue. The part where you may care is it used to be extremely rare. The original studies had to be done in prisons. It's not rare anymore, and they've softened the definitions.
The definition used to place these people in the same lines as sociopaths. But, the definition of that family of diagnosis is too mean now that it is no longer rare.
We have scientific evidence skinwalkers walk among us and we can't do anything about it because it would be mean.
I think they were created intentionally. They aren't the type of people who care about following bad orders.
At least conservative npcs can be pointed towards maintaining the culture and country. Liberal npcs are destructive bot programs
