I've witnessed these 'communities' deal with professional thieves in ways that the UK police can't or won't.
A reform of how things are handled is needed, but I'm not sure there is only one option on this front.

Those mudslime cretins rape British children, get them addicted to heroin, profit from the rape industry they created with the aid of the State, then steal government benefits meant for the least fortunate British citizens.
That's a much better angle than the OPs attack on controls that actually work within that very group.
Rather than "Dem peoples are the devils!" use Sharia law and have it displayed openly. See how those criminal individuals would fare if that style of law was incorporated and then let the public decide if it is better than the current system or not.
Once it is noted that it is individuals, not Muslims, who are breaking both laws it's only a matter of seeing how else works along with these individuals and you won't have to look beyond the current Prime Minister and everyone around him to see why things are the way they currently are and why Sharia law wouldn't allow for it.
