I dont blame you. I finally caught on myself when I saw those "my daily routine as X in Y company" videos that looked more like a adult daycare than anything else.

It dawned on me after some article got me enraged, that THAT was the point of it. Its all for engagement, ragegagment if you will.
Why engage with something designed and engineered to make you feel bad emotions? Although its a great test to see how centered you are.
