I have seen enough low-impulse-control NPCs forced to disclose their real spending habits to realize they see ''avaliable credit'' and and think it means ''avaliable money to spend''.
And at some point their minimum monthly payments / interests become so large they have to file for bankrupcy, but not before paying alot more in interests than the original debt they took.
''I needed a $900 iPad to take notes for school although I already have a laptop, and pens + paper went extinct or something. Also, we need student loans forgiveness.''
''Something came up so I had to take another credit card.''

A banker's dream come true.
It is amazing following their thought patterns of why they bought something.

"I owe 6 months of rent but my tax refund should definitely go for a new TV. My old TV is a year old and they're doing 25% off!"
My TV is over 10 years old. Why would i buy a new one?
I don't even see how people do that. almost all my expenses are related to survival yet I still have all the material possessions I could want.
