You don't even have to be racist (though it doesn't hurt). Anyone who is that unkempt should not be allowed to walk free.
If I see a black man in a book store and he’s not wearing a sweater/button up/polo shirt then I’m out. If he looks like that guy then I’m going into immediate evasive action to avoid him. Never relax
You're in a book store, your purpose there is to judge books by their covers. It will never let you down.
