Could be either one. She seems to be genuinely crying. Muslims do have something they call the "rape game", where a large group of them surround a woman or a small group of women, strip them naked and gangrape them, while the rest of the group stand around to hide the rape from view, waiting for their turn. Can't tell if these Africans are muslims, though. I'm not sure which country she was in.
That happened to an American reporter (a blonde lady) in Egypt after the Muslim Brotherhood took over. She was covering the mass celebrations and they beat the hell out of her camera guy & gang raped her for over an hour, iirc. Surrounded by thousands of people. She made excuses for them after, of course.
