Why? It's true. Bill Clinton (who was in the Epstein Files) created the Child Tax Credit, and Donald Trump (who is also in the files) increased it twice.
It's a neat little connection. Anyone who says it means nothing needs to answer why so many natalists were close to Epstein.

Yes, the majority do. Especially the majority of people who actually matter.
Tax credit means they pay less in taxes not that they receive money from someone else. It was created to increase birth rates. I fail to see how this is nothing but common sense. Why would a country not want to incentivize having kids?

That's only true when talking about middle class taxpayers claiming the child tax credit. On the other hand, ghetto welfare queens with a half dozen niglets from unknown fathers can also file for the child tax credit, dispite not paying taxes.

I don't see any reason to give the class who see the most benefit from tax expenditure a discount on their taxes.
