Why? It's true. Bill Clinton (who was in the Epstein Files) created the Child Tax Credit, and Donald Trump (who is also in the files) increased it twice.

Tax credit means they pay less in taxes not that they receive money from someone else. It was created to increase birth rates. I fail to see how this is nothing but common sense. Why would a country not want to incentivize having kids?

That's only true when talking about middle class taxpayers claiming the child tax credit. On the other hand, ghetto welfare queens with a half dozen niglets from unknown fathers can also file for the child tax credit, dispite not paying taxes.

50% of the US welfare budget (with the total including elderly and disability care, it would be even higher if we didn't count those permanent welfare recipients.), is for parasitic families that grew way beyond their means.
