Perhaps you shouldn't let your view on cannabis be defined by Seth Rogen and niggers. Hemp is one of the oldest and most important agricultural plants in human history even if a bunch industrials decided to lobby to ban it to increase their profit margins. The prohibition of cannabis is a recent thing in human history.

I refuse to blame a substance for the poor decisions of an individual. If you drive while impaired it's not the fault of whatever drug you consumed but entirely your own.
But while we're at it let's ban mobile phones. And talking. And listening to music. Because all of that distracts drivers which regularly leads to accidents.
Also sleep deprivation is a big cause of accidents. Better just ban driving all together considering how many sober retards are driving and causing accidents through sheer stupidity. Ban guns while we're at it too.

Nigger... it's chemistry. Without decarboxylation the cannabinoids in cannabis are inactive. Decarboxylation happens through heat. Without it you can eat an entire field of raw cannabis and you will never be able to get high.
Even in edibles the cannabis gets heated up with oil to activate it and if you fuck that up you just have a normal batch of brownies.
