The convicted paedophile or the convicted wife-beater?

Remember: The Black guy that attacked him ran off when Kyle pointed the gun his way. He did NOT get shot! The paedo tried to grab his guy while (allegedly) saying he was going to kill Kyle, and the wife-beater literally drew on Kyle with his hands up.
The guy who fired a shot in the air, which set everything in motion? Not one thing happened to him (or his woman) even though they were clearly in on it all.
