Seems like a manufacturing failure to end up with a product with a standard dose of 0.18 mL that's intended to be measured out & administered solely by amateurs.

I get that it's bathtub HRT.
I'm just pointing out the fact the poor planning that requires syringes graduated to 1/100th of a mL to adminster the proper dose.
I suppose there's a counterargument that the product's market is largely compromised of autists up for the task.

Could be a sign of mid quality, low volume manufacturing. Don't have processes that produce consistent final concentrations, but do at least run an assay to confirm the actual concentration and print each box's instructions according to that batch's actual concentration.
Hadn't considered that.
