Look at OP’s post. Look at the other comments. People are already preparing reactions to how much they won’t like it.
I mean I wouldn’t like it. It definitely will be ignored by me. Netflix deserves it because they have a track record of butchering source material. Let people express displeasure. Netflix deserves every bit of this

Eh. Fans can be passionate. I mean you are right that it’s best to ignore it but fans can express frustration with a growing trend of crappy adaptations. Then why are you in this podunk group? I miss 90s and early 00s fan forums. This is as close as I can get.

Some people don’t like their hobby/entertainment being ruined.
But its bot even made yet. Your entertainment, seemingly, is the current books and movies. Those aren’t ruined by other people making different versions. It’s easy to just ignore them and keep liking the ones that are available
