Like, "CAN we make dinosaurs with laser cannons attached to their backs?" is a conversation that has nothing to do with morals (except for the random who might swing by to tell you that only his favorite god has the moral right to create life, but we generally have the good sense to ignore those dudes) and everything to do with that practical divide of "we can, but is it a good idea that we do?"
