But I agree about the lack of due process. They should be convicted and imprisoned. So returns will be felonies, and they can actually be punished. You and I don't get a free pass to commit crimes. Neither should they.
If you jail them, the next shitlib who takes power will open the gates and let them roam the country again.
At least if you ship them back, they need longer to sneak their way in ( and comit another crime doing that ).
I dont necessarily want them sitting in prison with nearly endless chance to appeal for a few years before being sent back. Both because now we're paying for their lawyer on top of to feed them, but on the off chance they find some libshit judge to over turn the sentence. Just kick em out and keep em out.
