The CIA isn't an uniformed service. You could argue the legality of it existing. I find it funny that they would have anything to say to the military, who tend to hate the black op murderers who make the military's mission more difficult.

Yep I was taught by a special forces operator in college. He didn't say he hated the CIA but he certainly had nothing good to say about them
