Nothing will ever make me believe Lance Reddick died of "natural causes". He was as fit as you could be for his age and had always been slim/muscular in most of his on-screen roles. Someone like him should have comfortably lived into his 80s.

Hormones cause cancer. This is well known. In the appropriate body there are defense mechanisms. In the wrong body none of that works.
It's why "testosterone replacement" is relatively low risk but "testosterone gender therapy" is extremely risky.
