The "they/them" pronouns probably don't mean anything in this case. That's the default when you set up an account on Deviantart and most people are too lazy to change or remove it from their visible profile. Kind of a stupid choice for a headline, if you ask me.

I can verify that they are indeed the default. Not sure why I still have an account there, but mine did default to they/them.
