I noticed how the usual jidfs at pdw also support 50 year mortgage, h1b, epstein as hoax and bombing Iran. How interesting 🤔

This is a wild claim that only a mathematically and statistically illiterate person would make. What was the average life expectancy for a homeowner when the 30-year was introduced, and what is the average life expectancy for a homeowner today? What was the child mortality rate when the 30-year was introduced and what is it today? What was the average life expectancy of someone who lived past 10 years old when the 30-year was introduced vs today?
Regardless any enslavement to the banks in this usury-economy is wrong. Doesn't matter the enslavement term length, morally.
1900: 50 years (5 year mortgage)
1930: 60 years (15 year mortgage)
1950: 68 years (30 year mortgage)
2020: 79 years (50? year mortgage)
Gee, see any trend there? You guys are fucking morons.
Correct me if I'm wrong Archimedes, but 79-68 = 11 years which seems to be about half of the 20 years difference you claimed from the advent of the 30-year
Well at least thanks for admitting I was off by a degree whereas your take was just completely retarded and wrong.
Except I really wasn't. "When 30-year started" is not an exact date, and 30- and 25- and other long mortgages existed before then. They weren't typical or government backed, but they existed.
This was intentionally nebulous because you're not supposed to fixate on a number, but the idea that if you live longer you can borrow for longer. You only care about this number because you think you can save face quibbling over details, when all it shows is you're too dumb to understand the concept.
So overestimating 2x is "a degree" now? I can see you are very good with arbitrage.
You were the one that posted the dates, silly billy.
