I fear that's 99% of people, who think that they're being sophisticated by judging each war on its merits. Which opens them up to manipulation with things like "this is in Murica's interest, they are bringing FENTANYL!" But in my lifetime, all wars have ended up stupid wars, including the ones I supported like Libya and Gaza. You'd have been more right being a defensive pacifist.
Also, when you're spending $1000 billion a year on the military, I think to many normies it feels like a waste of money to not use it.
Any PotUS would have been dead wrong, but Obama's clusterfuck of a "presidency" just made it worse. He'd already screwed up Afghanistan with his "mini surge" or was about to, the whole thing was delayed 6+ months because of his direct meddling.
He was flailing around trying to find glory that he could brag about, to cement his "legacy". But he just flailed and failed so badly, over and over. Remember the Chicago Olympics bid? He went there personally! And finished last.
Then Biden said: hold my beer! & bugged out of Afghanistan completely. 🤬

Some people, like Douglas Murray, have the charm to be at least consistently wrong on such matters. I don't see how Iraq was a great thing and Libya was bad.

Most Americans hate both political parties. That's why the consistent trend isn't left/right but rather anti-incumbent. The problem is that it's difficult to build an alternative to them. They will send feds and all kinds of shit after people for doing that.
If I look at Europe, it seems that even if you do build an alternative - they just flood the zone with sh*t. There are always enough establishment parties, enough bribes in the form of sweet jobs after politics, to sabotage any insurrection.
At least the Trump gayop is coming apart. I'm not sure what that means for the European right in the short term. It seemed like they were starting to Americanize. Hopefully that reverses now.

You supported Obama's war on Libya? No surprise there.
Not sure an Iraq War supporter has standing for criticism, but yes, that was very stupid.
Though I will say that "Obama waged it" is the worst reason to oppose an illegal war of aggression.
