But kinetic is a technical sounding word, so you sound really smart if you use it.
Reminds me of that video I saw that said if someone is using Germanic words they are likely telling the truth whereas if they use Latin words they are likely lying to you.
Tracks. If someone is trying to bamboozle you with terminology they're likely to use less-recognizable words.
Economic war is war. Hacking is war. These are non-kinetic forms of war, and they need to be met with formal declarations.
