If they're on a kids show, I would hope so.
Your argument is that if anyone ever is let off for something, that the law shouldn't exist and literally everyone should get away with that bad behavior.
You are wrong.
My argument is that if we are going to erase someone from a show, we should be clear about what it's actually for. To lean on it being for the morals of underage drinking is a direct statement that the morals are fucked up.
What you're actually calling "wrong" is something I did not say nor believe.
You aren't part of "we".
