Idk, man, I’ve never had ostrich egg, but I know the eggs are huge and I’m sure they’re just as healthy as chicken eggs. I know chicken eggs are super nutrient dense. They are an excellent source of protein (the best kind, whey protein), they have choline, vitamin D, vitamin B, and contain many others like selenium, phosphorus, and zinc. The only thing the body needs more than that to survive is vitamin C and carbohydrates. So you can cover most of what your body needs just by owning chickens, and if you have 5 chickens or so, and a couple roosters, you basically have an endless supply of nutrient dense food to eat. Other than that, you just gotta make Pine needle tea or eat strawberries to cover all of your vitamin C needs so you don’t die from scurvy. Pine needle tea has exponentially more vitamin C than lemons do. Then you need carbs so you find Cattails (the plant) and/or acorns, both are loaded with the carbs your body needs so you don’t die from protein sickness. Try to remember this stuff just in case j’ws ever try to force their beast system on us and we refuse to take the mark of the beast, people like us will probably be forced to survive off grid on our own and basic survival knowledge will be necessary for that situation lol.
