He’s a politician, not a pastor. Morals don’t matter as much as progress in politics.
Also, he’s not 20. Adults can meet someone and marry a lot faster than younger people who often should date for a year+. This is just a smear campaign by people who don’t like his anti-AIPAC stance.
Nah. Adults should be even more careful in the dating and marrying market. Plus there's the emotional baggage from having your wife of 35 years and mother of 4 kids die on you suddenly only 16 mths ago

Massie's political career is essentially over. He's made enemies of both Israel & Trump/MAGA/the Never Trumper GOP.
He can likely keep his congress seat as long as he likes. But there's no path to any further advancement or committee appointments because he wouldn't kiss the ring.
