This village is under a pretty powerful spell. I mean, everyone is gay. There is no way this village will survive a generation or even the winter. My bet is the Beholder read a romance novel and is having fun. Only it can see beyond the spell.
Someone should really do a D20 Spotcheck.
It really is, look at the Beholder, it's charmed the whole place.
Best do a lore and spell check. Also, figure out a way to buffer it from getting to us.
