Observe the diversity hire in the wild. Note their 95 IQ, and their abject stupidity on any issue you care to name.
95 is... extremely generous.
Average across the African continent is 70, some places as low as 60.
80 was considered the threshold for mental retardation in Canada before political correctness swept it under the rug.
And most importantly, note how in the absence of having anything of substance to contribute, they instead just default to advocating for whatever is most beneficial to their own in-group.
