They cut the roof footage to only show someone running away and jumping down the roof despite that someone climbing onto the roof, assembling a rifle, shooting Charlie, disassembling the rifle and starting to sprint would all be part of that same footage. If the story of the roof assassin would actually be true.
The FBI cut all of that and only released footage that is as worthless as an ingrown toenail. There is only one reason for that. And that is the footage doesn't fit the story.
