The moment you start calling the people you 'work' with 'staff', is the moment you've lost your authenticity.
You could have claimed that they're your friends or like-minded creative minds. But 'staff' indicates a business oriented hierarchical structure and is the exact opposite of the image that you're trying to project.
I imagine they like to shape shift. Appear cute and folksy to the kids and dum-dums, but to their sponsors and simps they project the entrepreneurial serious vibe.
Still the people who think these big stars are authentic won't be swayed by them having staff.
