I got it on a deep discount from a key site and was hearing good things. Plus outside of the phrase "patriarchal husband" there's not much wokery in the first few hours.
Of course there's not much wokeness initially. They have to make sure the bulk of their heavy-handed propaganda lies outside your refund window.
The "patriarchal husband" bullshit happens like 5 minutes into the game (unless the player doesn't bother reading new journal entries)

Yeah. They also go easy on the first in the franchise. First Tsushima only had subversive woke, second one went full steam ahead.
It really clicked with me when I saw the latest Indiana Jones video game.
I saw people playing the first chapter in the Vatican with the pastor as your buddy and was along the lines of 'Huh, basic, a little fanservice-y, might be cool'.
...then I saw reviews showcasing the rest of the goddamn game. And it made me seriously wonder if they did the first chapter as a trojan horse to try and force the rest of it on gamers.
Wait, so it's a grown ass woman who's fucking up miso soup? I thought they'd at least make it a child for sympathy, but no the bitch deserves the scolding for that one, how do you even do that?
