Yes it says it right there in the tweet. I'm not sure what you're trying to prove or why you needed to look that up.

204 ended up being convicted of a crime - 71 of them were jailed

Why would I just take a tweet at face value? That's why I looked up where this sample came from, and what happened. There's not enough information in there.

Did you see the part where I wrote that over half of the "crimes" were traffic tickets/citations?
