I used to be an EMT in the US and I saw everything about the health care system (and cops, but that's another story). The main thing is the United States can never, ever have universal health care because a small segment of the population would drain it completely within months.
When I say "a small segment" it sounds like I'm talking about niggers and that's somewhat right, there were a number of niggers and they have no issue taking more than what they deserve/have earned, but it's also very poor spics- the kind that has five kids in a studio apartment and doesn't speak a word of English, the kind where the father has been banned from every liquor store within ten miles because he passes out in the store.
It's also fat people (which fit both niggers and spics even a few Whites). They are the main reason we can't have it. I lived in a pretty healthy state when I was an EMT and the fat fuckers ate up all of the healthcare system like it's going out of style. They completely avoid any accountability and get upset when they're told that their issues are because of their weight.
The reasons we can't have free healthcare is mainly fat people, then spics (especially fat spics) and then niggers (mostly fat nigger women)

One hundred percent correct. I can't stand when some fat shit says something like 'why does my fat bother you?' Everything a fat person does takes something from people. If they're on public transit or a plane they are taking up space from people, they are always bumping into people because they are so fat they aren't aware of their own bodies, they beg like dogs over other people's food so they finally give them food from their own plate (or they take it), then of course there's how much they take from the health system.
I refuse to move really fat people. If there's some lift equipment or they can bear their own weight I'll do it but if I have a chance of injuring myself I refuse. Still haven't got fired so whatever.
Most everyone I worked with had some injury from lifting fat shits. It's one of the reasons I left, I wasn't going to sacrifice my body for someone that doesn't give a shit about theirs.
