I'd also add in a punitive fine of twice any amount they charge (they charge 20,000, America charges 40,000). 20,000 will be returned to the company, and 10,000 to the company as a tax-exempt repayment, making triggering those foreign filth a 'profitable' enterprise, encouraging platforms to host content that these enemy aliens want gone.

That, along with a 5% increase on all tariffs, which increases exponentially per tantrum - 5, 10, 20, 40, 80, 160%, etc. Failure to pay the "double retaliatory" fee within one week of issuance will result in surgical strikes against their government leaders no matter where they hide, once per week - with each one selected at random.
this is how we band aid it. by pulling services outta contries throwing thier weight around... all it takes is one doing it to start a domino effect and most contries are dependent on the internet in one form or annother, will slow down this nonsense but not stop it.
