I honestly hate the “secret menu” concept. You’re mostly just annoying workers man.
It's not really a "secret menu." Wendy's will add as many patties or strips of bacon to a burger as you want as long as you pay for it. It's no different from customizing the toppings on your sub, just with a greater chance of keeling over from a coronary in the dining room. The Grand slam is just what they call their typical burger with 4 patties instead of 3.
That or a double bacon cheese Whataburger. I love Wendy's and whataburger
