This isn't even a woman or Vtuber only problem. There is a huge portion of the population under 35 who all think they can do into some form of content creation and make it their career. I've met dozens of young boys that all wanted to be streamers or Youtube stars, and plenty more 20 somethings uploading weekly for 8 views.
It's the end result of a Developed™, service-based economy where everything is Pajeets automated. Unless you're a nepo-baby, a Zoomer's career path is either retail wagie or "entrepreneur" (read: e-clown or gig shit).
