I think we are already there. If you count white liberals as nonwhites, places like Western Europe are already gone. California has been occupied territory for decades. New York City is overrun by the enemy. Even Texas, long a bastion of White conservatism, is losing their major cities to nonwhites. South Africa has been lost, Rhodesia even longer. Russia is a multi ethnic country, so that isn't on the table. Maybe a couple Eastern European countries might try to resist.
