When you cancel Hulu, you still get to watch until the end of your billing period. Signing right back up after one week likely didn't interrupt her service at all. It's hypocritical to think you've made a stand when you're so eager to undo the decision.
If anyone was actually using their Hulu sub to watch Kimmel his ratings wouldn't be in the toilet.
