Absolutely not.
I wonder if that’s skewed by not having data for the millions of rural Chinese. Kind of like how Indians look smart if you only count the upper castes, but the average drops really fast if you factor in the poop-bathing lower castes.
It absolutely is, and that's in addition to the explicit fraud.
Most people in China don't live in cities.
