The interpretation of the original article is incorrect. It bans local enforcement from doing it.
Federal agents are not required to follow state law when they think that state law will get in the way of doing their duty.
This is the second post I saw today where people are failing to read the goddamn article/text and/or are aware of how federal laws Trump (hahaha) state laws.
