Or maybe just sand-nigger stupidity. Saudi health care is only first-class for the billionaire royals who can afford private physicians. If a doctor is working in a Saudi hospital, it's because Prince Farquad Abu Hambanned al-Shithut al-Teenwifey didn't want him.
