Flag not even at proper half mast.
Air motion lines going opposite way, but because they didn't leave themselves room to have the flag fly that way it's blowing against the breeze.
Proportions of the people are all fucked up. If that newspaper machine is 4 feet tall, those people are 10-15 feet tall.
No sig on the comic, and I don't recognize the art style.
Checks out, if that sidewalk is 24 inches wide, the mom's feet are 3 feet long.
