I think he might actually be too mentally incompetent to care. Definitely seems like the type to have issues with the breakfast question.
So, while it might make us feel better to act like he should be scared...he won't be, and he's still more likely to take out another innocent, than anyone doing something to him before that point.
He should be worried, sure. But he won't be. Because he did have breakfast.
His issue with the breakfast question is that he's more likely to answer with: "Ooh-ohh ooh-AH AH AH!" Then he runs around in a circle, picks you up, and slams you onto the ground repeatedly before trying to claw your eyes out.
If he can't stand trial, he goes in the asylum. Simple as.
